Are your products tested?
Yes. Every lot is independently assayed for purity by reverse-phase HPLC and confirmed for identity by mass spectrometry before it is listed. The certificate is archived against a unique lot ID and ships with your order.
How do I find a certificate of analysis?
Use the COA lookup to search by compound or lot number. The matching certificate also travels with your order and lives in your account after purchase.
How should I store the compounds?
Products are supplied as a lyophilized powder, shelf-stable and sealed against light and moisture — no cold chain required for shipping. For long-term storage, keep lyophilized material at -20°C and protected from light. Storage guidance is listed on each product page.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders are dispatched the same or next business day with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over $200, and expedited options are available at checkout. See Shipping for details.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded, tamper-evident packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents.
Can these be used in humans or animals?
No. All products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and are not for human or veterinary consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
What is your return policy?
