These Terms of Sale govern your purchase and use of products from LABSATX. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for laboratory research use only.
Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption. You assume full responsibility for the safe, lawful, and appropriate handling, storage, and use of all products.
Eligibility
By purchasing, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you are a qualified researcher or institution, and that your purchase and intended use comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited uses
You may not use, administer, or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption, for clinical or diagnostic purposes, or for any unlawful purpose. Resale or redistribution to consumers is prohibited. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for a prohibited use.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect the product may be used for a prohibited purpose.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless net terms have been separately agreed for a qualified account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.
Shipping & risk of loss
Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details on dispatch and tracking.
Returns & refunds
Because these are research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Product information & warranties
Certificates of analysis, purity data, and product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and reflect the tested lot. Except as expressly stated in writing, products are supplied “as is” without warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LABSATX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Compliance & export
You are responsible for complying with all laws, licensing requirements, and import or export controls that apply to your purchase. Where international shipping is offered, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and local import regulations.
Governing law
